Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to be confident in their purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available, how cancellations work for our Monthly Plan, and how to reach us if something has gone wrong.

1. Per-Project Purchases (Single Song, Full Service)

  • Before mixing begins: you may request a full refund at any time before Andrew has started work on your project. Simply email us at notandrewjones@gmail.com with your project name and we will refund the original payment to the card on file.
  • Once mixing has started: refunds are no longer available, because time and labor have already been invested in your project. We will instead complete the project and use the revision rounds included with your plan to address any concerns with the final mix.
  • Rush delivery: rush fees are refunded in full if we fail to meet the accelerated delivery window for reasons within our control.

For these purposes, "mixing has started" means Andrew has opened your session and begun working on it. You can check the status of your project at any time in your client portal.

2. Monthly Plan

  • Billing. The Monthly Plan is a recurring subscription billed in advance every month at the rate displayed at checkout, on the same calendar day each month, until you cancel.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by emailing notandrewjones@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through the period you have already paid for.
  • No partial refunds. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused time on the Monthly Plan, including months in which you do not submit a project.
  • Refund of the most recent charge. If you cancel within seven (7) days of a renewal charge and no project has been started for that month, we will refund that month's charge as a courtesy. Submit the request to the email above.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds for Completed Mixes

Mixing is a subjective craft. If you're not happy with a delivered mix, your first step is to use the revision rounds included with your plan — leave clear notes in your portal and Andrew will address them. Most concerns are resolved this way. If revisions have been exhausted and you are still unsatisfied, contact us and we will work in good faith toward a fair resolution.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email us first — we resolve nearly every issue directly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of delivered files until the matter is resolved.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
